The main goal of EAZIX is to influence product time-to-market. By getting involved during the product development and pre-production phases during a product's life cycle, we are able to influence time-to-market thru concurrent engineering practices, working closely with our manufacturing partner, IMI, to ensure "design for manufacturability", and with our International Procurement Office (IPO) located in Singapore and Hongkong, to ensure "design for procurement".
By reducing the product development time, our customers are able to maximize profit throughout the product's life cycle. Close coordination with Manufacturing and Logistics can provide useful inputs for cost reduction thru yield improvements, component selection and value engineering during the production phase. These will also become inputs for the next iteration of the product for its "next generation" model.
